This policy describes how Paragon Movers — a trade name (DBA) of Paragon Government Solutions LLC, and not a moving company — collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website or request a quote.
We use your information for one purpose: introducing you to our moving partner so they can quote your move, and following up to see that it went well. With your consent we may send occasional moving tips or offers — every message includes an opt-out.
With your consent, we share your move details with our vetted moving partner so they can contact you with a quote — this is the core of the service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we share it with no one else except our software providers (bound by confidentiality) and where required by law. Once shared, the mover’s own privacy policy also applies to their copy of your details.
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; the quote builder will still function.
Quote requests that do not become referrals are deleted after 24 months. Referral records are retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes, then destroyed.
Your data is stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit and at rest. We never collect or store payment card data, because we never take payment.
You may request a copy of your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion of data we are not legally required to keep, or withdrawal of your consent to share it with our moving partner. Contact us below; we respond within 30 days. To have the mover delete their copy, contact them directly.
