Something damaged or missing? Claims are settled by the moving company, but tell us here and we will route it to the right person and chase it until you get a written answer.

How claims work. Note visible loss or damage at delivery and file promptly — federal rules generally allow up to 9 months, and the mover’s terms may be shorter. Settlement (repair, replacement, or cash) is made by the moving company up to the limit of the valuation coverage you selected with them.
